This module describes Highsmith’s Agile Project Management framework and the user story concept in detail. Highsmith’s framework exemplifies empiricism, the notion that knowledge is gained through experience. Empiricism is the basis of the scientific method.

This forum is intended to be an opportunity for students to share their thoughts about what it would take to make empiricism work in the context of project management, specifically new product development.
